The two brand names of Chateau Auzias wine are : Indication Géographie Protégée Cité de Carcassonne et Appellation d’Origine Protégée Cabardès.
For IGP Cité de Carcassonne, two wine ranges exist :
A wine range composed of an in-hous assemblage of
« White », « Rose », « Red Madame » et « Red Monsieur »
A monovarietal wine range composed of 4 red
(Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah, Grenache) as well as white wine à with Muscat and rose wine à with Cinsault.
For AOP Cabardès The Chateau Auzias produces a rose as well as 3 red wines with a variet « PetitMessieurs », « Mademoiselle » and « Gloria Mundi ».
